The Client Experience Coordinator supports personalized client experiences and appointment business at The Landmark. The role builds bespoke experiences for domestic and global clients while upholding the brand's heritage and service standards.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized service and coordinate appointments, private spaces, travel, reservations, and local experiences.
- Build relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants, and hospitality organizations, and research new local partners.
- Coordinate client events, manage feedback and escalated concerns, and collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support employee training, internal tours, and service-standard coaching.
- 10+ years of luxury hospitality experience and proven experience serving very important clients.
- Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants, domestically and globally; multilingual skills preferred.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, networking, and itinerary-planning skills, with experience coordinating events and travel arrangements.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
