As Cluster Assistant Director of F&B, you will be responsible to assist the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage in leading and overseeing all Food & Beverage operations across Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, commercial success, and compliance with Hyatt Brand Standards. The role supports the development of F&B leaders, drives revenue growth and profitability, champions innovation, and ensures the successful execution of divisional objectives while fostering a high-performance culture and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
QualificationsThis position is only for Indonesian.
- Minimum 3 years experience within a luxury resort environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction practices.
- Proven ability to assist in managing departmental budgets, labor costs, and revenue performance.
- Ability to support strategic planning and implementation of Food & Beverage initiatives.
