HI USA New York City Hostel is seeking a Bar Lead to support daily bar operations, inventory, scheduling, and guest experiences in a busy, traveler-focused environment.
You’ll mentor the bar team, prepare beverages, manage POS, and help host events while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for an international guest community.
This is a full-time on-site role in New York, with evening and weekend shifts and a starting pay of $20–$23 per hour plus tips.
