The Loren Bermuda is seeking a driven, personable Front Desk/Concierge Agent to join our luxury Front Office team on the island of Bermuda. You will be the first smiling touchpoint for guests, delivering five-star service from check-in to departure and coordinating with on-property services to create memorable experiences.
Ideal candidates have at least two years in Front Office roles, familiarity with OPERA or similar PMS, and a passion for hospitality.
