We are seeking a Guest Experience Manager with a smooth touch to elevate our guest experience. This role is all about direct engagement, ensuring exceptional service, and driving membership conversions. The perfect candidate is hands-on, highly visible, and passionate about hospitality.
Guest Experience Manager Benefits/Compensation:- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

- Must be present on the floor (not an office-based role)
- Membership sales:
Responsible for converting guests into members - Experience with events or community outreach is a plus

- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating meaningful guest experiences
