ABM is seeking a Guest Experience (GX) Supervisor for JFK Terminal 6. You will supervise GX Ambassadors and drive an outstanding guest experience, coordinating with facility tenants and service providers. The role requires initiative, leadership of large teams, and a commitment to service quality.
Reporting to the General Manager of Guest Experience, you will support in critical operational areas to maintain high standards across all guest touchpoints.
