Overview
The Roxy Hotel is seeking a motivated and reliable Housekeeping Manager who will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and surroundings are clean and in good repair.
Responsibilities- Maintain an inventory of all supplies needed to support the housekeeping department, keeping par levels and managing ordering.
- Provide guidance to all team members, and take ownership of and resolve problems or concerns of the team and guests.
- Maintain training materials and provide training support for daily assignments.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate guest needs and preferences, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Reliable, organized, self-directed, and able to make decisions with minimal direction.
- Detail oriented; able to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a hospitality setting and maintain composure.
