Showroom Client Concierge

Summary

The Client Experience Host is a frontline showrooms role responsible for delivering a World Class Client Experience to every visitor. They welcome and engage clients, support showroom hospitality, and assist Sales Consultants to ensure personalized, high-touch service. The host maintains showroom standards, uses CRM to tailor experiences, and upholds confidentiality and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a timely and professional manner and act as first point of contact.
• Use CRM and client research to facilitate personalized and memorable client experiences.
• Support hospitality within the showroom, ensuring client experience stations are well stocked and maintained.
• Assist Sales Consultants and VIP room service to enhance the individual client journey.
• Maintain showroom housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company policy and data confidentiality.
• Complete required training, attend departmental meetings, and recommend improvements to systems and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality preferred; jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships.
• Basic selling techniques and ability to support a high-performing team.
• IT literate, organized, flexible, and able to multitask.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality, professional presentation and attitude.
