Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Catering team at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando. You will respond to client inquiries, prepare documentation, maintain accurate records, and help build strong client relationships to drive bookings.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of administrative experience, a college degree, and proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Familiarity with hotel PMS systems such as OPERA, OnQ or Maestro is a plus.
