  • Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established standards, including making beds and replenishing all required amenities and supplies prior to guest arrival.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all common and guest-accessible areas, including but not limited to the break room, front lobby (tannery), deck, laundry room, and housekeeping storage areas and closets.
  • Ensure both interior and exterior areas of assigned rooms are properly maintained and presentable at all times.

  • Perform general outdoor upkeep, including sweeping, leaf blowing, and applying salt to walkways and guest areas such as the deck and tannery seating spaces, as needed.
  • Inspect assigned areas to ensure readiness standards are consistently met and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Takes responsibility for maintaining a safe and orderly property presentation, which may require occasional assistance with snow, ice or debris removal.
Work Environment & Expectations
