Roscoe Mountain Club is now hiring full-time seasonal Housekeeping Team Members to join our team! Position & compensation includes pay starting at $17 an hour, full-time seasonal schedule, and benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; and paid time off.

Housekeeping Team Members play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. You'll help ensure our accommodations and shared spaces are clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards while being part of a team dedicated to exceptional hospitality.

Job purpose is to provide members, guests, and employees with a facility which is in clean, working, and maintained order. Areas include the interior and exterior of the Clubhouse.

Duties and responsibilities include keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, cleaning and stocking restrooms, monitoring and maintaining cleaning supplies, and collecting and disposing of trash.

Qualifications include two years of housekeeping experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.

Working conditions are primarily indoors with potential exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils, harmful chemicals, and/or being exposed to flying golf balls.

Physical requirements include good organizational and verbal skills, ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues, ability to perform basic mathematical skills, visually monitor operation areas, and write and read member communication. Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 40 lbs., up to 30 lbs. frequently. Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
