A long-established Yacht Club on the North Shore of Long Island is looking for an

upbeat, motivated and hands-on manager to be the face of the Club and help guide our

team forward.

We are looking for someone with the knowledge and experience to lead and improve

our staff, including hiring, training and developing employees. The manager will oversee

day-to-day Club operations, manage costs, and work closely with the Chef on menu

pricing, plate costs and other dining and administrative needs.

The position also works closely with member committees in managing the House and

Club facilities, coordinating outside contractors, repairs and maintenance, and helping

organize member and guest events including parties, children’s events, weddings and

other Club functions.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable being visible and engaged with

members and staff and who takes a hands-on approach to getting things done.
