Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring for a full-time Guest Service Agent.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality upon arrival
- Provide information about the hotel, room features, spa, dining, and amenities
- Process all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellation requests efficiently
- Handle in-house guest needs such as reservation modifications, extensions, late check-outs, and rebooking’s
- Make, modify, and cancel reservations via phone, online, or in person
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including billing, payments, and charges
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, helpful manner
- Maintain daily logs, checklists, and front desk reports
- Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, special packages, promotions, and local attractions
Qualifications:
- Must have open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with PEP preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A natural problem-solver with a service-first attitude
- Previous front desk, reservations, or hospitality experience preferred
