We are seeking a Catering Manager to oversee daily catering operations, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure the successful execution of events.

In this role, you will manage event logistics, develop associates, build strong client relationships, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and service. If you're passionate about hospitality, event planning, and delivering memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of catering events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee event setup, service, breakdown, and daily catering operations.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop catering associates and temporary staff.
• Partner with culinary leadership to create menus and ensure outstanding food quality and presentation.
• Manage event logistics, staffing, scheduling, and operational needs.
• Monitor labor, food costs, and event expenses while meeting budget and financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall catering performance.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team‑oriented work environment.

• Minimum of two years of food service experience, including at least one year in a management or supervisory role.
• Catering experience required.
• Experience in corporate dining, restaurants, hotels, higher education, healthcare, or other hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of catering operations, event logistics, food production, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, and event expenses.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general computer applications.
• Serv Safe Certification required.
