- Focus on hiring, developing, and retaining the best talent in your team
- Leading your team to create exceptional candidate and recruiter experiences by implementing innovative TA enablement strategies
- Partnering in executing on Justworks' annual hiring plan by enabling recruiters with tools, technology and frameworks that deliver top talent to the company
- Collaborating with the greater recruiting and people team, and key cross‑functional stakeholders
- Elevating the talent acquisition function by identifying, implementing, and optimizing tools and technologies
- Growing, developing, and refining your team to help us become one of the top talent attraction teams in NYC
- Managing strategic relationships with talent acquisition technology partners, job boards, recruitment agencies, and other vendors to maximize value
- Developing and executing plans for experience‑focused initiatives like our employee referral program, and diversity recruiting efforts in collaboration with the larger talent acquisition team
- Designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance both the candidate and recruiter experience
- Building a data‑and‑insights‑driven culture within your team, analyzing talent acquisition metrics to identify enablement opportunities and measure the impact of experience enhancements
- Representing our core values in every candidate and employee interaction
- Performing other related duties as assigned
