Talent Manager
Viant is looking for a versatile, energetic, and resourceful Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner with experience recruiting for sales positions in the AdTech industry to join our team. The focus will be on both sellers and sales leadership roles. This role is a key member of the talent team and will work with our Sales leadership across the company to meet their staffing needs by defining recruitment tactics, timelines, and the process to fill positions.
This position could be based out of Irvine, CA - Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY.
THE DAY-TO-DAY- Partner with business leaders and HR to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, ensuring hiring plans support immediate and long-term talent needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Cultivate and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a personalized, timely, and inclusive candidate experience
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies including passive outreach, referrals, and talent pipelining to build diverse talent pools
- Apply diverse recruitment methodologies and contribute to the development of scalable processes and tools
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview structures, and coach on candidate evaluation best practices
- Maintain data integrity across talent systems and monitor recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate
- Act as a strategic partner to HR by supporting broader talent planning initiatives and contributing to company-wide workforce development
- 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting across different departments
- Sales recruiting within ad tech/programmatic/digital media companies required
- Minimum 1-2 years of in-house recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of key recruiting methodologies including sourcing, candidate selection, negotiating, interviewing and screening in compliance with appropriate Federal and State regulations
- Must have a desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic organization
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and conditions; ability to be collaborative, cross-functional and strategic
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountability
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever knowledge preferred), Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing methods
