Overview

Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at People Inc. to help support our growing Product Development technology team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thought leader and a hands-on problem solver who can effectively partner with business leaders to drive organizational success. This role requires someone who is not only an expert in HR but also a proactive and adaptable professional who can navigate complex challenges and ambiguity with confidence.

The HRBP team partners with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, implement change management strategies, and improve employee engagement. We work closely with various teams to shape performance management, talent retention strategies, and career development initiatives. Our goal is to foster a supportive and high-performance culture across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership & Planning:
    Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives and policies with organizational goals. Plan and prioritize to anticipate the needs of stakeholders, solving complex information challenges to drive results.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation:
    Solve complex issues, uncover root causes, evaluate solutions, and introduce fresh perspectives. Be action oriented and lead new challenges.
  • Organizational Effectiveness:
    Navigate complex organizational dynamics, optimize work processes, manage ambiguity, and continuously seek improvements.
  • Accountability & Trust:
    Ensure accountability, build trust with partners, and follow through on commitments.
  • Employee Relations & Development:
    Handle employee relations issues with adaptability, self-awareness, resourcefulness, and a commitment to growth through feedback.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an HRBP role with experience supporting senior business leaders and multiple client groups. Prior experience in the digital, media, technology or start-up space is highly preferred.

Travel: Travel required approximately less than 5%.
