**** The Impact You’ll Have:
** As
** HRIS Specialist**, reporting directly to the Head of HR Information System, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our HR systems and data processes. Your work will empower our HR team with accurate, accessible, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Maintaining and optimizing the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
* Creating and managing reports and dashboards within the system to deliver actionable HR insights.
* Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to gather requirements and configure HR processes.
* Supporting and training super users who use the HRIS for advanced purposes beyond basic usage.
* Working closely with the Head of HR Information System to follow system updates and deliver strategic value.
* Using data analytics and data science tools to extract insights and support data-driven HR decisions.
* Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GDPR.
* Bringing knowledge of personnel cost data and support related reporting as a plus.
** The Attitudes and Skills We’re Looking For:
*** Experience in HRIS or HR data management, preferably with Workday or similar platforms.
* Comfortable with data analytics tools like Power BI and open to learning new technologies.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process focus.
* Good communication skills to translate technical info into user-friendly language.
* Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
