This role is for someone who is a great communicator with 5+ years of HR experience and 3+ years spent partnering with executive level employees. You have a proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders.
You’re an amazing listener and you’re comfortable handling employee relations issues. Above all, you are passionate about making things better for everyone.
As an HR Business Partner, you will:

- Be proactive and curious.
- Communicate so that everyone understands.
- Encourage cross-functional cooperation amongst team members.
- Handle employee relations issues.
