Overview
Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Entry-Level Human Resources Analyst for a temporary-to-permanent position. This role focuses on data and benefits.
Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Responsible for benefits research and implementation
- Initiating and managing background checks
- Drafting and delivering hiring offer letters to selected candidates
- Employee relations and vendor management
- Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time
- Maintain HR systems
- Manage HR’s vendor bills and ensure the accuracy
- Conduct employee documents filing and perform data validation
- 0-1 years previous experience in Human Resources
- Internships are a plus
- Strong data skills is essential
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
- Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus
