This is a structured, Academy‑led entry point into recruitment
, designed to develop the next generation of market experts. Through robust onboarding, mentorship, and in‑house Learning & Development support, you will gain deep exposure to the buy‑side market

Initially, you’ll focus on 180° recruitment

After mastering these foundations, you can chart your own career path
