TA Partner - Oliver James' US - I specialise in placing experienced professional services recruiters within the Oliver James' New York & Charlotte… Oliver James' New York are looking to add experienced 360 recruiters to their already high performing finance division. We are looking to build on the record breaking successes of 2024 for not only the F&A division but for the office as a whole.

• Building a profitable desk within the a relevant professional market (finance, accounting, tax), working closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts, and taking advantage of our extensive existing client base
• Defining client requirements whilst mapping out the organisational structure, the culture and client s annual growth plans
• Negotiating commercial terms with FTSE 150 companies, understanding the implication of the PSL for both permanent and contract hires
• Cross selling other disciplines and incorporating other business areas into the relationships cultivated
• Proactively headhunting candidates and developing and establishing new business relationships
• Achieving set revenue targets and associated metrics

• 2 years  + experience in the recruitment industry
• Business development experience (18 months+) is a MUST
• Have experience recruiting across any vertical within the finance space
• You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, an impressive presence and demonstrate the ability to build long term business relationships
• You must display ambition and a track record of high achievement either in or out of work
• Be a career minded individual who are looking for a role with rapid progression based on merit
