Job Description
Join us in this mission-critical role to lead and shape the communication efforts around our HR function, enhancing employee engagement and understanding across the organization. We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Communications professional to manage our internal communications.
As a Human Resources Communications Executive Director, you will manage our organization's internal communications, including executive communications, campaign development and execution, event management, and other communications. You will be a dynamic leader, using your influence to manage change and communicate complex information simply and concisely. Additionally, you will excel in managing multiple initiatives, working through complexity, and collaborating effectively with clients, change partners, and managing a team.
Job Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in communications.
- BA/BS in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Journalism.
- Proven success in developing enterprise and executive-level messages, providing counsel to senior leaders, and executing communication plans.
- Exceptional writing, editing, organizational, and execution skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment both as an individual contributor and team leader.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in HR-related communications.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
