We’re looking for an ambitious Recruiter with 1–3 years of healthcare recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing healthcare organization.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates through creative recruiting strategies, including social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit
• Coordinate offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes
• Maintain recruiting data and metrics to track success and pipeline progress
• Provide an exceptional candidate and manager experience at every stage

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting (clinic, hospital, or medical office preferred)
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
• Experience using ATS platforms (UKG,  or similar)
