We’re looking for a Sourcer to help power the team that’s building Tandem. You’ll be the engine behind our recruiting efforts — uncovering, engaging, and inspiring exceptional talent. Your work will directly influence who joins Tandem and how we continue to grow with intention and excellence.

You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to identify talent, craft thoughtful outreach, and build strong pipelines across a range of roles and functions.

You’ll be joining a recruiting team that treats talent as a strategic advantage — not a numbers game. You’ll gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting, develop expertise in market research and talent mapping, and help evolve how we find and engage top talent across the globe.

• Research, identify, and engage top talent across a variety of roles and levels

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and shape ideal candidate profiles

• Build and manage diverse pipelines using a mix of sourcing strategies—direct outreach, referrals, events, communities, and research-driven insights

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking in our ATS (Ashby)

• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continually optimize outreach, conversion, and pipeline quality

• 2-5 years of experience as a dedicated sourcer, either on the business or the technical side

• Experience sourcing across multiple functions or working in a dynamic, high-growth environment

• Creativity and persistence in developing new strategies to attract and engage great talent

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you’re comfortable building trust with candidates and internal teams alike
