Overview
Senior Recruitment Consultant – The Harnham Group, New York
Base pay range: $66,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Salary - $66,000;
Unlimited earning potential up to 30% commission with no thresholds;
Annual bonuses based on annual revenue;

Harnham is a globally leading recruitment agency in the Data Analytics space, growing in New York. We work with a variety of clients across industries, offering both perm and temp hiring solutions.
We are currently looking for experienced 360 Perm recruiters to join the team in New York. We’re looking for eager business developers who love building new relationships with clients and forming partnerships.
In this role, you will:- Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth candidate searches, leveraging your industry expertise and network to identify high-potential individuals.
- Pre-screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet the essential criteria for the role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and post-offer to ensure the candidates start the placements.
- Immerse yourself in the Data & AI space – staying up to date with market trends and providing insight to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
- Act as a positive role model and provide support to junior consultants in the team.
- Has a proven track record of success in a 360 position
- Has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must have proven experience in networking with new clients and signing terms to bring new jobs into the team
- Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach
- A go-getter with a positive mindset - joining as an experienced recruiter you’ll be acting as a role model for junior team members
- Competitive commission structure - up to 30% commission to enjoy over a quarter and average deals closed between $55-60k
