What You’ll Do:

• Learn to manage full-cycle Salesforce recruitment, sourcing, qualifying, and placing top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and focus on high-value activities.
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters and mentors to accelerate your career development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, resilience, and curiosity.
• Previous experience in either Sales or Business Development
• A drive to succeed and an interest in technology, Salesforce, or related cloud platforms.
• Ambition to build a high-performing recruitment career with real growth potential.
