Job Description

The objective of this role is to source and procure suitable candidates for the ongoing and upcoming projects and bids in the Water sector. The main responsibilities shall include:

To source CVs and teams for the project bids and ongoing project hiring in the defined time period.

To ensure sourcing policies and procedures are adhered to and aligned with the overall strategy and vision of the organization.

To design and implement strategies for internal and external branding of HR for sourcing the right candidates for bids and ongoing projects.

Ensure timely closing of open positions as per manpower forecast.

Ensure effective use of recruitment strategy, networking, employee referrals system, etc.

Ensure timely mobilization and de-mobilization of the staff.

Manage recruitment within allocated budgets.

Cost and productivity analysis for recruitment and resourcing function and implementing measures to increase ROI and reduce average recruitment cost.

Explore and analyze best practices and alternative sources for recruitment and implement strategies for reducing attrition rate.

MIS reporting for the vertical.

Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates and establish good relationships with key staff for proposals.

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in HR systems and processes.
Ability to plan, organize, and optimize resources.
Ability to lead the team.
Strategic thinking and business focus.

What do we need from you?

Any Graduate with preferably an MBA in HR.
