Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in business development and a clear BD strategy.

• Business Development:
  Actively building and managing a client portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating terms with top-tier institutions.
• Candidate Sourcing:
  Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
• Account Management:
  Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring seamless processes from onboarding to contract renewal.
• Market Expertise:
  Staying up to date with industry trends to provide valuable insights and strategic advice to clients and candidates.

About You:
We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in business development and a clear BD strategy. You’ll need to be highly motivated and capable of building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Salary and Benefits: $60 - 80k salary plus commission and bonus structure. Salary is dependent on experience, as we’re open to candidates at various levels. Medical insurance and other benefits are also provided.
