We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Strategy practice.

- Perform domestic and global post‑deal HR integrations for Fortune 1000, middle‑market companies, and private equity investors.
- Collaborate with KPMG’s cross‑functional integration and separation teams on the HR portion of engagements, focusing on compensation and benefits platform merging.
- Identify HR, compensation, and benefit plan exposures in HR due diligence.
- Contribute to the engagement process from scope setting to budgeting, staffing, creation and coordination of client‑ready deliverables, and communication of results with clients.
- Support the benchmarking and refinement of compensation programs—salary, cash incentives, and equity compensation—during transactional and/or transformational situations.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum three years of recent actuarial or general consulting experience in valuation, design, administration, and implementation of employee benefit and compensation plans with a top accounting or benefits consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in project management—including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners—for successful project completion; on track to attain FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP and/or CEP designations.
- Highly motivated, self‑starter, team player with a positive attitude, strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
