Position: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Project Manager

Responsibilities for this role:- Project manage two initiatives for the firm (Talent Acquisition).
- Hire Score candidate screening tool implementation.
- Responsible for the day-to-day project.
- Manage key issue & decision log and project status reports.
- Facilitate change & end user adoption of the new system within the TA community, including communication and training plan.
- Talent Acquisition process maps documentation:
Map processes for all hire types (professional, campus, executive, confidential) in Microsoft Visio, identify areas for standardization, efficiencies, and AI-enabled opportunities.
