Overview

As an HR Director / HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership, driving strategic initiatives and supporting workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll work closely with executives and managers to deliver high-impact HR solutions that support business unit success.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation, labor relations, benefits, and performance management.
  • Drive recruitment, succession planning, and talent development for key roles.
  • Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with HR specialty areas and corporate departments.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support budgeting, staffing models, and incentive compensation planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of generalist HR experience or 7–10 years in HR specialty areas.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong business expertise, management, and organizational development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel across MMC sites.
