Our client, a well-established and technology-driven investment firm, is hiring a Compensation Professional to join their growing HR team. This newly created role will play a key part in developing compensation strategies across a range of domestic and international businesses. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable with data, and wants to contribute to meaningful, organization-wide initiatives.
Please note this position has the ability to work out of the Manhattan office or Stamford office, at the candidate's discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to support compensation decisions.
- Assist in the design and modeling of variable and deferred compensation programs.
- Maintain and analyze internal compensation data, and ensure alignment with market trends.
- Support annual compensation planning processes and prepare related reports.
- Act as a compensation resource for international HR teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on mobility and cross-border compensation strategies.
- Build and maintain Excel-based models and tools for reporting and analysis.
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a compensation or HR analytics role.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with modeling and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communicator, able to work with global teams and senior leadership.
- Experience working with international compensation practices or deferred comp is a plus.
