• Own candidate sourcing, outreach, qualification, and closing
• Customer‑obsessed mindset when it comes to business development and fostering relationships with existing and future founders, hiring managers, and candidates
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for multiple startup clients
• Own and take accountability for building a 360‑recruitment desk
