Whatyou’ll do
Double Verify has an exciting opportunity for a Talent & Learning Specialist to join our Global HR team. Reporting to the VP, Talent Management, HR Technology & Operations, this role will be primarily focused on managing our onboarding and internship programs globally, supporting key talent management initiatives and helping to build a world‑class Talent & Learning operation. The role calls for someone with experience managing learning programs, top‑notch communication skills, the ability to get things done, and a passion for Talent & Learning!

- Facilitate DV’s best‑in‑class onboarding program to ensure new DVers are connected to content, their peers, and our exciting company.
- Ensure that global onboarding is consistent geographically by collaborating and coordinating with our regional teams.
- Assess and measure the impact of onboarding by analyzing trends, compiling data, and reviewing feedback to improve the onboarding program continuously.
- Manage our DV Internship program that offers college students globally the opportunity to learn about the business world while making valuable contributions to Double Verify.
- Collaborate with and support our L&D team members and business partners in creating, curating, and maintaining learning content.
- Create learning plans and job aids that support new and existing learning and development initiatives.
- Support and evolve our key talent management processes in partnership with Talent leadership, DVSM, and the central HR team, specifically Performance Management & the Strategic Talent Review.
- Support enterprise change management activities (ie: continued Workday implementation).
- Collaborate with DV’s CHRO on initiatives and special projects.
- Support the global Talent & Learning team as required as projects and priorities arise.
- A curious learner who has a collaborative, positive approach to problem‑solving.
- At least three years of experience in learning and development, including designing and delivering training programs and assessing learning needs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Experience with learning management systems and e‑learning development tools (Articulate Suite is a plus).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, using data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data‑driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated curiosity about how to leverage AI in the talent & learning space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – Workday a plus!
