Law Firm HR Manager

Source Pro Search is conducting a search for an experienced Human Resources Manager with 5-7 years of human resources experience within a law firm. The position provides the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Conduct practice group staff support needs analysis and prepare ADA compliant job descriptions to ensure high‑performing, qualified candidates are recruited for open positions.
• Manage talent acquisition to include conducting interviews and hiring staff members according to best practices.
• Conduct onboarding for all new office hires and communicate firm policy and procedures for consistent application.
• Maintain office efficiency by planning for and implementing staff assistance on an ongoing basis.
• Monitor staff time, attendance and accruals.
• Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and documenting all staff performance meetings.
• Facilitate communication with HR Director on payroll/benefits/leave of absence matters for all employees.
• Collaborate with firm managers to implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.

• College degree in Human Resources or other business‑related discipline; or SHRM certification.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with NM employees and clients.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Law firm experience preferred.
