Pay range: $50,000 – $55,000 per year. Additional details will be discussed with your recruiter.

Our client is scaling fast and is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a close‑knit team of 12 specialists in tech talent. You’ll inherit a warm desk, tap into a proven client base, and benefit from a structured career path.
Responsibilities- Recruit across a specialist vertical in the tech space
- Work with clients ranging from start‑ups to enterprise giants like Nike and Deloitte
- Manage full‑lifecycle recruitment with autonomy and trust
- Focus initially on permanent roles, with contract and account management to follow
- Build your brand in a market with strong demand and long‑term potential
- Ambition to exceed targets and take ownership of your growth

- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial instincts
- Team‑first mindset; the firm believes success should be shared
- $50,000 base + uncapped commission (existing desks with billing history)
