Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

New York City (FiDi) | 4 Days On-Site / 1 Day Remote

• Sourcing and engaging candidates through cold calls, Linked In, and referrals
• Conducting candidate screenings and interviews
• Building and managing relationships with professionals in your market
• Learning how to pitch roles, manage objections, and close deals
• Working closely with senior consultants and leadership to support active searches
• Consistently making outbound calls and hitting daily activity targets

• No experience required — training provided
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
• Thick skin and resilience — rejection doesn’t phase you

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
