Nurse Healthcare Recruiter / Hybrid / Manhattan, NY Healthcare Recruiter Overview:- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Hybrid: 3 days in person (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), 2 days remote
Job Summary:
- Ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting nursing professionals such as RNs, LPNs and CNAs in the New York City area.
- This individual will have the support of an extensive and very successful recruitment team and tremendous financial resources.

Job Duties:
- Perform full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings.
- Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum (1) year recruiting experience in healthcare roles.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Previous staffing experience in hospitals preferred.
- $45,000 - $55,000 annual salary range (depending on experience) + commission structure
