Talent Acquisition Project Manager – PRI Technology
Six‑month plus, remote opportunity for a major firm in Midtown, Manhattan. Candidate will work Eastern Standard Time (EST) and must be a U.S. citizen or hold a green card (no Visa entanglements or H1‑B holding company submissions).
Compensation: $60.00 per hour on a W‑2 hourly basis or $70.00 per hour on a Corp basis (independent contractor only, not third‑party firms).
Responsibilities- Project manage two initiatives for the firm’s Talent Acquisition division:
- Hire Score candidate screening tool implementation
- Day‑to‑day project management
- Manage key issue & decision log and project status reports
- Facilitate change & end‑user adoption of the new system within the TA community, including communication and training plan
- Talent Acquisition Process Maps Documentation
- Map processes for all hire types (professional, campus, executive, confidential) in Microsoft Visio
- Identify areas for standardization, efficiencies, and AI‑enabled opportunities
- Talent Acquisition Process Optimization
- Evaluate current recruiting workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Design, improve, and standardize hiring processes across teams
- Implement best practices for sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Project Management of Hiring Initiatives
- Lead cross‑functional hiring projects (e.g., high‑volume recruitment, new department launches)
- Create project plans, timelines, deliverables, and track progress
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Act as liaison between HR, hiring managers, operations, and leadership
- Facilitate communication throughout the hiring project
- Data, Reporting, & Metrics
- Use analytics to guide decision‑making and optimize recruiting strategies
- Ensure proper tracking in ATS systems
- Technology & Systems Management
- Implement or improve ATS and HR tech tools
- Manage integrations and ensure system adoption by the team
- U.S. citizenship or green card holder
- Experience with Talent Acquisition project management, preferably 2–5 years in a mid‑senior level role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and applicant tracking systems
- Strong change management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting analytics and metrics
- Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams
