Reporting to the Director, Children’s Program, the Recruiter, Children’s Program, is an integral part of the Children’s Program team supporting effective recruitment for Mont Lawn Summer Camp and City Camp. The Recruiter plans and presents at recruiting events, works with Digital Marketing to manage digital recruiting and marketing content for Mont Lawn Camp, supports camper transportation, and manages data. The recruiter will regularly travel to recruiting events and to and from Mont Lawn Summer Camp from June through August.
