Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships across the business and become a point person to handle a wide range of HR and Talent inquiries.
  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for support functions (e.g., legal, compliance, technology, operations) – approximately 10 requisitions a year.
  • Facilitate the offer process, new hire onboarding, and employee offboarding.
  • Provide support for immigration (job descriptions, Green Card process, posting roles, reviewing resumes).
  • Project manage talent initiatives including promotions, culture programming, and communications.
  • Manage the HR reporting process for the business, coordinating and facilitating data across key stakeholders.
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in HR operations or facilitating HR processes.
  • Familiarity with a variety of HR systems (Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, onboarding programs).
  • Background in recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience appropriately handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience.
  • Data visualization skills.
  • 2+ years of HR or Talent experience.
