Kingswood US is seeking a highly motivated and experienced financial services In-House Recruiter to join our team in New York City. This role is a full-time, in-person position responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent across various roles.

• Lead and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives to support company growth.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles within the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Linked In, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.

• 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or related industries.
• Strong ability to source and attract top-tier talent using various recruitment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
