We are building an elite network of Expert Mentors who are passionate about coaching, leadership development, and professional growth. As a mentor, you’ll work 1-on-1 with pre-qualified candidates, offering career insight, industry guidance, and practical advice through a seamless, all-in-one platform.

Mentor ambitious professionals through 1-on-1 virtual sessions

Help mentees navigate career transitions, growth, and opportunities

Use built-in tools for video calls, session notes, and feedback

Build your reputation through ratings, reviews, and repeat sessions

All mentors complete a free 3-minute assessment to receive their Mentor Rating Score™, powered by our proprietary algorithm.

You’ll receive:

An instant score (0–100) based on experience and expertise

Typical mentor rates range from $100–$120/hour, based on profile strength

5+ years of professional experience in your field

Currently employed or recently employed at a reputable company

Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
