About the RoleWe are seeking a tech-savvy, fast-learning HR Generalist to join our team in our New York City office (Park Ave). This role requires strong communication skills
, the ability to execute tactical HR work
, and solid project management capabilities to keep initiatives moving in a fast-paced environment. You will manage core HR operations — from onboarding and offboarding to policy development — while partnering closely with managers and employees across the business.

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.
- Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures
. - Execute tactical HR responsibilities such as compliance tracking, employee relations support, and data management.
- Lead and participate in HR-related projects (e.g., policy rollouts, system implementations, performance cycles) with accountability for timelines and deliverables.
- Partner with global HR colleagues to align processes and ensure consistency across regions.
- Leverage HR technology and tools to streamline processes, track progress, and generate insights.
- Communicate effectively with employees and managers, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
- Provide light office support as needed (e.g., ordering lunch for visitors, coordinating occasional office logistics).
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
; ability to clearly explain policies and processes. - Proven ability to handle tactical HR execution with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated project management skills
: ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver on multiple initiatives at once. - Tech-savvy with experience using HR tools and platforms (e.g., Bamboo
HR, Lattice, Lever, Deel). - Experience with onboarding and offboarding in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on approach and "all-hands-in" mentality.
- Must be able to work full-time, in-office at our Park Ave NYC location

- Global HR knowledge or experience supporting employees in multiple countries.
- Previous experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environments
. - Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll, or performance management cycles
. - Experience supporting culture and engagement initiatives or DEI programming.
- Comfort with light office/administrative support in addition to HR responsibilities.
- A strong communicator who can adapt messaging for different audiences.
- A tactical executor who ensures daily HR operations are handled smoothly.
- A project-oriented professional who can balance short-term deliverables with long-term initiatives.
