Technical Recruiter

• Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process for Engineering and Data teams, from intaking new roles to ultimately filling positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals
• Utilize data and metrics to assess and enhance recruiting strategies and efficiency
• Collect, analyze, and interpret recruiting data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Partner with the People team to create employer brand strategies and ensure a seamless onboarding experience

• Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in‑house
• Proven track record of identifying and closing technical talent in a high‑growth environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience

• Experience with BI or visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio
