We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 4–7 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee support across benefits and payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, 401(k), and leaves of absence (LOA).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and payroll, delivering white-glove service.
- Process semi-monthly and monthly multi-state payrolls for 150+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update payroll and benefits data in Workday.
- Partner with brokers and vendors to optimize benefit offerings, resolve escalations, and support annual renewals.
- Coordinate and present benefits during open enrollment, ensuring clear communication and accurate enrollment.
- Conduct benefits audits, including 5500 filings, invoice reconciliations, and quarterly reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and manage employment verifications, payroll reports, and tax reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements for payroll and benefits administration.
- Run ad-hoc and month-end reports for HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Support special projects and cross-functional HR initiatives as needed.
- 4–7 years of combined experience in benefits and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of Workday and/or ADP systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- CEBS certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field preferred.
$110,000 - $130,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
