We partner with companies across the life sciences ecosystem, supporting critical functions that bring science to life, from clinical development through to commercialisation. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our Bio Tech and Pharma team and are looking for recruiters who want to build a meaningful niche in this space.

We are looking for Business Developers and 360 recruiters to join Bio Talent New York and develop a specialist desk within this high-impact area of life sciences.

This is a 360, full-cycle recruiting role with a solid foundation to build from, including existing clients, live roles, and clear market demand. You will focus on sourcing and placing high-quality professionals into agencies, consultancies, and in-house teams while building out your own client base.

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management through to candidate delivery and placement
• Building long‑term partnerships with clients across medical communications and client services functions
• Becoming a market expert within your niche, developing a strong network of candidates and clients
• Advising clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent availability
• Delivering a high‑quality, consultative experience for both candidates and clients

• A proven 180 or 360 recruiter
  , ideally with experience in life sciences, healthcare, or agency‑based recruitment
• Strong commercial awareness and the drive to build and own a specialist desk
• An interest in medical communications, scientific engagement, and client‑facing roles within pharma and biotech
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment while maintaining high standards of delivery
