About the Role: We are hiring a Talent Associate to support our President and help build out the recruiting infrastructure that will scale with our business. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape how the firm attracts, evaluates, and hires top-tier talent across investment, research, operations, and administrative functions.

You will play a central role in streamlining our hiring process, managing relationships with external recruiters, analyzing large volumes of candidate data, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer development. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve the recruiting function across all areas of the business
  • Build out foundational recruiting infrastructure to improve process efficiency, data organization, and decision-making
  • Review, organize, and synthesize a high volume of resumes and candidate data from external recruiting agencies
  • Coordinate all aspects of the interview process
    , including scheduling with internal teams and external candidates
  • Prepare offer letters
  • Serve as the point of contact for external recruiters, track performance and candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines across departments

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of professional experience,
    within
    financial services
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret resume inflow and surface meaningful insights
  • Comfortable operating in a high-urgency, high-accountability environment
  • Highly professional, discreet, and comfortable interacting with senior leadership
