Talent Manager
Our client, an executive search firm, is seeking a recruiting associate to join their team. This role will play a key role in supporting high-profile searches while gaining hands‑on exposure to senior executive recruiting in a highly collaborative, professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, service‑mindful, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment.
Base pay range$80,000 - $85,000 per year
Qualifications- 2+ years of post‑graduate experience in executive search, recruiting, communications, or another fast‑paced professional services environment (search experience preferred but not required).
- Strong research, sourcing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
